It appears sunken in on obverse side. Reverse side on bottom of building not a complete line ?

to the CCF that and circulation hits. The reverse looks like another coin was pressed into it and left the circular marks.

You can tell it got hit by a coin roller on the front because of the matching grooves in all the letters. The back has taken a considerable beating as well. Those big crooked grooves are a result of something mechanically powerful dragging across the surface hard enough to move metal.
