They both look normal. Not seeing anything unusual here.

I will post the pics of the OP.

In 1976 was use two different kind of Hammer for observe. The 1974 Observe and the new preparated Observe for 1976. More frequent finded on phil strike. They used for so many coins that nedder is considerated as variety. Was just save in the production cost.

Apparently the 1976 Observe was use in very few 1977, but this it is another ballgame.
