Reverse pic is soft, can't make out much. I'll guess at VG-08.

VG8 sounds about right. whats going on at K9-K10 reverse in the rim area. the photo appears to show it as damaged. if it is then got to add a details designation to this one.

The hubs were re-engraved in 1915, these are normally sharp. Nice looking circ example!
