Sorry I can't help here. Pcgs shows 8 varieties of this date with large S and inverted S but nothing about a S/D OMM. Pictures certainly look that way though. Curious what others have to say about this.

Well, it's definitely a 1941-S Large S (Trumpet Tail) FS-501. There is a Large S/S FS-502, but that doesn't seem to be this coin. I think we need a magnified picture of the mint mark on this coin. Here are the 16 Large-S dies listed on Variety Vista:

Need better close up photos. Also, when possible, always take photos of coins out of holders.
If you feel confident,100% pure acetone might help. Also, dust off the 2x2 holder inside and outside before putting the coin inside.
