Hi Guys, hope you all are doing well... I wanted your opinion on this 1809 Half Dollar which I think is an AU53 minimum... Wanted your opinion on the grade of this coin as I am considering it for NGC submission... Please share your grading opinion on this coin... Thanks for all your help.

cannot assess the actual surfaces with this much glare. if in hand can you repost without using overhead lighting. we want to see what she looks like if you had it in hand looking at it. we can't see any remaining luster as well due to the glare.

Looks AU but as the others mentioned these photos make it hard to see if the surfaces are natural.

These photos give no indication of the luster present on the coin or any potential cleaning. Strictly from a details perpsective, I'm seeing a coin that's likely in the low AU range, but even then, some new photos would help me make a better evaluation.

I think it would grade somewhere in the AU range. There's not much circulation wear at all.

AU-53/55 is my range. Photo looks like it was taken in 2002.

Probably an AU-53. The photos still don't give a great idea of the luster. I could see AU-55 as well.

i can't call this one cleaned based on what I'm seeing however can't rule that out. if it was I think the coin would grade straight.

i'll go with AU55

oh, please don't hold a coin like that. only by the rims. the oils on your skin will transfer to the coin and cannot be removed.
