Having looked at a lot of nickels lately, I can say that the hair details get softer as the dies wear. I don't think the TPGs penalize that. All the lettering looks super crisp, and it's obviously a mint state coin. I would say that it looks at least as nice as the MS-64 examples in PCGS Photograde. That nick near the middle is the only significant detraction that I can see. It's a lovely nickel. Nice subtle toning, too. I think it is just shy of full steps, but that seems very subjective at the TPGs, and FS doesn't carry much premium for a '41 regardless. The dies are still fresh from the 1940 reverse.
