It is not the style of the coin that would concern me. If there are others seeming from the same die that does not lift suspicion from this one. If fake it is a reproduction so there would be genuine ones of the same design.

My motives for suspicion are as states before. The repair is incongruous with the surface of the remainder of the coin. Notice also that most of the surface seems excellent, with no wear and marks. And then all the high points are soft.
With those images only to judge with I think this most likely is a reproduction.
