i know its damage obviously but I thought I would see if anyone recognised if it may have been from the mint or after kind of unique damage... just curious...figured this would be the best place to ask...ty in advance

It's been sanded down. There is nothing in the minting process that would result in this damage. And also in the process from the strike to the bag.

Post-strike damage caused by abrasion. A low angle photo of the obverse might be interesting to see.

the center is raised on both sides obverse being 1/8 to 1/4 above surfase...definatel sat in one place for awhile...ill get profile pics

The center is not raised, it looks like it only because the rest of the coin is sanded down. It was spun while being sanded down, the center is the pivot point.
