The first has a reverse of oxen right with Victory flying above. Perhaps a Hadrian from Caesarea Maritima.

Second one may also be an issue of Caesarea, this time a Trajan. For comparison:

The Trajan portrait on the bottom coin is aesthetically very pleasing.
