I'm still learning on what to really search for when I open rules so be kind with me on my question. Is this a die break or is this more of a PMD issue?

I do not have a memory card, so unfortunately, these are as good as they will probably get until the memory card comes in. Any help would be great!

Yes for sure that is Ridge Ring on the obverse. I'm not sure exactly what you've got on the rev though.

Possible spilt plating at the edge.

If you have a PC, you can connect your scope directly to it via USB and use your camera app to record images.
