Ok so the devices of the coin are big even for 68 and randomly checking I spotted united DD ED AND o in of, M and E in America.
O in One, and the buildings lower roof is doubled.

Also the oh side Trust is just redicules but not for sure it seems to be rounded edges.
Clearly to me both sides are doubled and seems DD for sure and maybe die clash

I'm not 100% sure I understand your entire question here, but if it is about a DDO - I'm not seeing it with the provided images.
I do see DDD and maybe a bit of MD.
If you post up better clearer images we may be able to help you better.

Better pictures would help. Might be Die Deterioration Doubling or Machine Doubling or both.
