This dime is still in the SMS packaging so post mint damage wasn't my first thought. Can anyone help explain what I am looking at. The damage seems to be on both obverse and reverse and all around.

It could be from the machine that packages the coins.

I think I see a minor collar clash by the ERT in LIBERTY hard to say for sure with these pictures.
