Not really sure what is going on with the reverse of this one. Need better photos to see if that is toning or some sort of environmental damage. Going to say this is an AU going though

Slightly out of focus - accidental or intentional? I would assume the worst with whatever that is at the eagle's right wing tip. Not a fan.

I think this coin goes 63 or 64.
I do not usually suggest this, but this coin would be a great candidate for a 1:10 or 1:5 dip (1 part dip to 10 parts or 5 parts water) to see if that reverse stain can be lifted; it's a common date readily available through MS65, so not much risk if it doesn't help. Dip it for a few seconds and then rinse with hot water followed by acetone. If this doesn't work, you can try making the solution stronger (adding more dip) and doing a literal "rinse and repeat."
