Are RPD And MPD Super Common On IHC?

I don't really collect cents. The other night, I was browsing coins on ebay because I had combined shipping, and I happened across an Indian Head cent that seemed to clearly have doubling on the date. I checked my copy of CPG 5.1, but nothing matched. Then I checked IndianCentVarieties.com, and that had about a gazillion variations on RPD/MPD for the die marriages of that year.

Are RPD and MPD just common on all years of IHC? If that is a yes, then why are any of them special in CPG?

They are certainly very common on the issues of 1900-1907.

Ok, thanks. It was indeed a 1907 with doubling inside and outside the 0 towards the SE.
