I've been trying to work on my images. Any help here? Getting quite close to in-hand as I see it.

.

I leveled both the support base and camera.
De-cent enough to grade?
Thanks.

I do not think the pros can give you an accurate grade with these pics but can give you an idea. Practice those photos, it is not an easy thing for most of us including me.

Much better pictures, I think it's closer to 65RD, for sure no less than 64 IMO.

panzaldi, your opinions here are always appreciated by me. If not overhead, how is lighting positioned? Are you able to show me an example?

these one are tougher to photograph for some reason. I think the last photos are pretty good though and close enough to get close to a grade. what I would do is move the coin to different areas in your house without any overhead lights. indirect light is best and diffused light is probably the best. I think there are many posts out there on photo coins if you want to take the time searching for them. you can try placing the coin on something that is slightly angled like even 5-10% is enough and then shoot straight on. if youre using a phone you can adjust brightness after if needed. its trial and error and don't feel bad as most postings have the same challenge. its so much more difficult grading just by photos but its all we have to go on so comments can only be as good as they are. hope that helps. don't give up I think you're in the right direction.
