This resembles Wexler's WRPM-001. I couldn't find it listed anywhere else.
No markers match.
Pretty neat obverse rim from about between 9K and 11K.

Would you call this a RPM?
Same or different?

The split lower serif on WRPM-001 is almost certainly the result of a damaged mintmark punch (the omission of that fact in the listing is something I'll have to fix).

See the damaged mintmark punch listed in the cent files: https://www.doubleddie.com/2976937.html

I'm not seeing any other repunching to the west, and with no matching die markers, I don't think this is WRPM-001.

. Thanks everyone for your input.
When I first saw this I thought it was the same Lincoln 1979D damaged mintmark punch.
The areas where the arrows are pointing had me thinking it was the same as Wexler's Dime WRPM-001.

Thought it looked familiar.
I didn't even think they used the same mintmark punch.
Where's the quality control?
Did they say, here use this it's the only one we have it'll be alright. You messed up the other dies. Besides we're on a tight budget.
Which die did they punched first, Lincoln or Roosevelt?

I found mine on a Jefferson nickel. The Mint used the same punches on most denominations for a given year.

On the up side, you spotted a characteristic but tiny feature that fooled even the pros for a while. So your RPM detecting skills are functioning correctly. =)
