It appears to be a copy of a Syracuse tetradrachm or decadrachm, depending on size.

@vino, looks like you might have used the same filename for both of your pictures. That is why the image of the front of this piece shows up twice. It looks to me like you have a fake Tetradrachm of Syracuse here though.
