surface discoloration could hold this one to MS64. will re-evaluate when in hand

Hard to tell from photos, especially since reverse is blurry, but I think MS65 is not out of the question.

last obv shot looks MS65. fingerprint stinks. I always thought a fingerprint should drop a partial grade but PCGS doesn't seem to think so. I think it would affect value though
