Obviously I don't know what the heck I'm doing, but I'm new and learning. I tried to post a couple of photos of a dime that I thought had a strange curved line on Roosevelt's head. Please forgive my ignorance. Will try again later after I've spent some more time on tutorials.

Given the pics posted, I'm thinking post-strike damage caused by a coin roll wrapping/crimping machine. Possible it was caused by some other form of hit.

Gigi2 it appears to be PMD, a circular scratch/damage from a Coin Wrapping Machine.

To CCF! Just Coin Wrapping Machine Damage. PMD. It's a spender.

Thanks to all who replied to my first post. I learned something. That's what I had hoped for. If replying a thank-you is inappropriate, please let me know. I want to be a good member. Gigi2
