I've circled (?) in red the area in question. Opinion?

Jalama Bound,

I agree with PMD. Coin counting/wrapping/vending machine damage.

If you have seen a roll of coins say, from a bank, look at the end coin and notice the paper tucked under exposing only part of the coin. A machine tucks the paper in a circular motion which will scrape the coin as it tightens around the coin. The roll of coin needs to have been wrapped by a company like Brinks.

to the CCF and crimper damage. It makes it look more like an error because it follows the circular design.
