2006 P Roosevelt Dime With Eyebrow Piercing?

Hi everyone. I found this dime today. There are several strange things I noticed.
A- Raised lines
B- Raised bump
C- Raised lines and bumps
D- More bumps
E- Raised curvy line
F- Raised lump, looks like a piercing
G- More raised lines running different direction than hair
H- b, e, & r look like there is an outline of the letter on the right side
Anyone have any opinions on this dime? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

abrasion damage with some Machine Doubling on the letters
