What are these red spots on this coin and the "blisters" surrounded by red,just wondering I'm here to learn so don't make fun of my question please LOL.

1983, it looks like corrosion. Perhaps a former owner sneezed on it.

Must be some sort of environmental or chemical staining, probadbly deliberate.

It's just worldly exposure to something that changed it's original look. Copper is a temperamental metal that many things can mess with. Who can say what caused this.
