1994-D Washington Quarter With Lines Across The Reverse.

It has its clad layers, I don't have a scale. Any idea what's going on with this coin? Report this Post to the Staff

You have relative heavy circulated coin which show the normal design type II, which it is normal for year. This year has the particularity find in all the coins of the right wing as you look been line doubling. In fact it is the Hub ajustment. I do not see annomalies or Mint errors. I'm thinking it had to be done to the raw planchet or the die surface. I'm puzzled what it could be though. Thinking about sending it in to be graded. They may know. Never seen anything like it.
