I have a rough looking 2007 P State Quarter in the wrapper. It appears like it may have been stamped over something else, has doubling, weird marks throughout, weighs 6.07 grams including the wrapper, has strange looking cracks, splits. Part looks like the steps of the Monticello, appears to be a nose or a chin, but they are in the wrong place. I am going to try to get pictures of it on tonight, but they are not great on my phone. Hoping to buy a coin microscope this weekend for posting online.

Thank you in advance for reading and maybe replying to my post. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi homesale87, and welcome to the CCF! As for pictures, you can't "free hand" them. Place your phone on something such as a small box or stack of books about 6" high and set the photo type to "square". Place the coin under the cameral and zoom in until the coin just about fills the screen. Experiment with that method for a while and see how it works.
