You finded. I think will more then 66. All my proof from mint sets come back 67,68 and rarerly 69

It'd be a 67 but for the spot above the R of LIBERTY. I just don't know how much that would drop it.

In general, depending of grader, the spots do not drop if it is not rotting or better say caustic.
