Hi. I'v been looking at this sellers coins for a couple weeks now and noticed almost all the large cents look the same. Were these coins cleaned or colored? The don't look natural to me and all have the same even muddy tone?

They look like they've all been artificially colored. Either that or photo-shopped. I'd only buy one of those really cheap! Knock 20 points off the grades listed to get a value estimate.

I think the brown/tan background is interfering with the true copper color. This seller has 100% feedback on over 7500 transactions. If the coins were cleaned and recolored, it should show in the feedback.

I will also add this- Don Valenziano is an EAC regional chairman- he knows his copper

Thank you. He has some very nice cents, but wasn't sure about the pics. I know these coins are commonly cleaned and re-colored
