Bank employees routinely stamp straps of notes with the bank name and a date and inevitably one of them misses the middle of the strap and it ends up on the note itself. It's more common than you might think. This is the perfect example of just that. Here's an example of a bank strap before being stamped. Report this Post to the Staff
