I recently came across this $100 dollar bill with the letters CDL printed on the left side boarder. I was hoping someone had some information on it. I can't seem to find anything about it. Thank you.
to the CCF, Agrinlikesin! That stamp was not put on your bill at the BEP. Someone did it for who knows what reason - perhaps they use a stamp with their initials to mark all the bills they handle, or perhaps to note that it's examined and found to be genuine.
