Does the mint mark on the upper side look like it's a double s and also the r in Liberty on the upper side is not touching his hairline I believe that's an error also? What would grade look like on something like this

It looks like a proof, but it also looks like someone tried to stick on an S mintmark which broke off and was replaced with one of a different size.
