1983 Proof Penny Possible Repunched Mint Mark / RPM ?

Ondiwave Valued Member United States 275 Posts	Posted 12/30/2023 6:34 pm Hey yall, I got a 1983 proof set and noticed the mint mark on the penny looked off. I am having trouble getting good pics, as my scope is small and the sets in a plastic case. lots of light reflecting in pics- but here are a couple pictures of what I'm seeing. I thought possibly a die chip, but it seems too "clean/structured" to be that?
