I don't usually find coins like this in bargain bins, and I this one has some character.
It's slightly thinner on one side, which might explain the loss of detail.
Doing a little research and judging by the details,
it appears to be Augustus III of Poland-Lithuania.
Any idea as to denomination? Thanks!

I think itīs a Tympf (18 Groszy) Billion from Augustus III of Poland (Large Bust). Itīs worth about 10 Dollars.

It can't be an 18 groszy because they were larger and silver. I have one.

This coin is a 1754H:
- solidus (if it's visibly smaller than a US cent), or
- grosz (if it's the same size as an US cent)

Both had the same designs.

DL, thanks for the info!
This coin is 21mm in diameter and 3.3gr, so I'd say that's a Grosz.

In my opinion it's grosz (solidus was smaller - and only head of August III was at the coin, but here we have bigger portrait).
jlcarvoeiro, in 1754 tymph wasn't minted
