The picture is a little hazy, but I believe this coin is VAM-4. I believe you can see the spike in the void under the ear and the die crack on the wreath leaf. Just hard to tell with the details in the photo.
Edit: On second thought maybe not.

Looks like the seller didn't transfer the VAM-4 coin. If you were trying to find the variety, it doesn't look like there is any further need. Thanks to those who tried to help.
