Yes some sort of Nuremberg-style jeton. The legend seems to be nonsense. Found in the Netherlands?

Yes, repetitive legend something like BEBA BEBA ....

Thinking there were some French motifs (fleur-de-lis and crowns), I tried a couple of search terms but no luck (croix cantonnee de quatre couronnes; legend degeneree, etc)
