I agree with Coinfrog. MS-65. Not worth submitting to a TPG though.

MS63 maybe 64. I can't get it to 65

as for slabbing. please just erase slabbing coins from your brain.
here are the 2 reasons to slab a coin

1. rare coin that needs authenticated and preserved
2. coin has a value of more than $150 and you are planning on selling it

the cost of slabbing a coin is way to high. i.e. PCGS subscription $69. grading fee $22 plus shipping and ins both ways. you don't want to spend more that a coin is worth to have it slabbed.
