I did an ebay search for uncertified US coins with a minimum price of $2501.00. The search returned about 500 items, with many being CACG graded coins. Since CACG isn't one of the "approved" TPG companies, and ebay considers their coins uncertified, how they are getting away with showing the grades on their slabs and in their descriptions?

They are most definitely approved.

from eBay help page:

Listings for graded coins and currency must have been graded by an eBay-approved company such as NGC, PCGS, ANACS, ICG, PMG, CAC, ICCS or Legacy Currency Grading

I've highlighted their name in bold red.

Does the bay mean a CAC sticker or CAC slab?If they mean CACG it needs to read that way.

All CACG graded slabs have the green CAC sticker, so it would seem they are already eBay-approved.

Nope.

It's their logo. Not the CAC sticker.

They claim that they are not giving "C" coins the grade, so there's no need to differentiate "A" and "B" from "C".

Assuming it receives a similar grade from CACG, the "C" coin would most likely receive the lower grade.

They do, however, appear to be being much more strict on grades and QC - sort of their sthick if you follow.

But they've also definitively said it's not the sticker.
