This Lincoln Wheat cent is just odd which usually means PMD.

Here's some stats - weight = 1.88g - diameter = .73" - thickness max = .045" - thickness min = .032"

What is the slag? Hope someone on here has seen this before. Thank you very much!

Looks to me like both acid and fire. Fire is where the slag comes from.
