Bought this token with a bunch of other tokens and medals from a reputable dealer... Just have a tough time pinning down its identification
Weight is very lightweight about a gram, diameter about 20mm.

Here is what I could make out in lettering:
Obverse:
Winged, helmeted bust:
INNVRNBE1(?) GREC(?) WO?LAVFER

Reverse:
Orb with cross:
RNF(?)AN H(or B)EDENKS ENDT

Probably European in origin with what looks like Latin or similar language

Yes with that imperial orb, it sure seems like it could be a Nuremberg Jeton. Here is a link to my go-to site for these:

Yes, it certainly is a Nuremberg jeton, of the type in erafjel's link. The inscriptions read:
Obverse: WOLF LAVFER IN NVRNBERG REC (Wolf Lauer in Nuremberg, rechenpfennig) - a "rechenpfennig" (reckoning token) is the German word for "jeton". The winged helmeted bust on the obverse is Mercury.

Reverse: ANFANG BEDENKS ENDT (Beginning, think ending). The symbol of the Imperial Orb in a trifoil appears on many jetons, as well as numerous actual coins of the period.

The spelling "WOLF" with one "F" indicates it is the elder Wolf, striking tokens 1554-1601.

The language is semi-Latinized Middle High German - the ancestor of the modern Bavarian dialect of German. Some of the phrases appearing on Nuremberg jetons don't parse when you try to push them through Google Translate, because the spelling and grammar isn't quite the same as modern German.
Don't say "infinitely" when you mean "very"; otherwise, you'll have no word left when you want to talk about something really infinite. - C. S. Lewis
