Hello everyone, thank you for your response and also for your help this time. I have this Lincoln Cent 1988 D it looks like mint mark and it is difficult to verify it and the reason is not very clear to me. Is it really it? And also, there is die chip inside memorial building. I need help please. Thanks lot.

If you are asking if you have an RPM, I don't think so. That could be a die chip or possibly zinc rot. When you have a die chip in this area, they are commonly called "hornets nests".
