This came to me in this raw state and totally unattributed. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I have it identified as an issue of Lysimachos (Macedonia) from about 300 BC. It's a little over 14 mm across and weighs 2.15 grams.

If this was your coin, would you do anything with it for the purpose of preservation, or should it just be left alone at this point?
