I tried to check on Numista and there wasn't really anything that matched. Most bronzes remotely this thick have portraits facing right, most of the few that don't are in completely different style, and the two or three that face left in similar style have incompatible reverses.

The overall look and shape reminds me of Black Sea area coins, but it would be weird for those to turn up this far west. (I tried to search anyway and couldn't find any good matches.) In the Netherlands I'd expect Celtic, yes...

I hope someone turns up with an ID!

@january1may

Thanks for your help so far.
This is a realy " hard nut to crack " . Until I couldn't find a match in Celtic coins .
I my opinion this is an original ancient coin and not a fogery or tourist copy.
I will also searched by Black See region .

How did you acquire it? You said "found" in the Netherlands - was it a metal detecting find?

@january1may

This coin is found with a metal detector. The finder is a honestly member of our Forum.
Of course I can't give 100 % guarantee about authenticity .

The netherlands would be odd for a base metal celtiberian. There was commerce but those did not travel far that I know of.
I have not see its like.
