Maybe this is way off, but if you rotate your second photo 90 degrees counterclockwise, it brings the crozier and sword hilt to the top, as on the reverse of this duit (gigot), of Maximilan-Henry of Bavaria: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces328678.html

The size fits, and we can see an H which might fit if there is a variety with the name and titles on the reverse. (I will look)

@pinpoint, the figure below shows the two features I thought I saw, but I don't see enough (or any at all) of the rest of the design matching, so I don;t think it's a good lead.
