I have a 1999 penny that is clearly an error no mint mark. I'm trying to find out if the markings on it is damaged post mint or during it being made. If it is just damaged how much could my penny possibly be worth? If it is not just damaged how much is it worth? If anything. Please help me I'm new to this and I'm open to any and all comments thank you.

If you just think it's an error because there's no mint mark we don't need pictures. It's just a Philadelphia coin and they made 5,237,600,000 of them.

Please start a new topic with pictures if needed.
