I didn't see anything like it either. There's nothing listed with as prominent a section to the west as yours, so maybe an unattributed RPM?

One other possibility. Does the date show signs of Machine Doubling? It doesn't look like it in your images as a whole. Maybe in some, but I can't be sure with the reflections. Obviously, if you can see MD on the date in the same direction as that west facing section on the mintmark, then it might just be MD.

EV , I have never used doubledie.com , but I'll check there , one thing for sure is that if Chuck doesn't have it it won't be in any other place , CopperCoins lists all the minor rpm he sees ( all though now he stop attributing for what I see)
