Most collectors don't consider it low unless it starts with at least 5 zeros. Cool find but like the others have mentioned, it's worn beyond desirability.

IMHO,a low SN is 100 or less. 00000100,00000099,00000098 etc.
Also,condition is everything.

Thank you everyone for all your input for every usless post I made, Thump will not be posting anymore wasting others time. I will still invest in high end coins, just not spend any time looking through every single piece on loose change and paper money. I realize that this is not for me. Ill will still put what I this is just odd for my grandchildren aside and when they get old enough they can take their time to reasearch to see if any of these have value.
