Is there reeding along the entire the edge of the coin?

Reeded edge = not broadstruck. A broadstrike happens when the collar die is missing or does not engage, and the reeding on the coin is created by the collar die.

Broadstrikes have a plain, rounded edge.

As for this coin, it seems to be post-mint damage; something has flattened the rim.

Here is picture of the edge. Kind of mix of both.

Struck with a partial collar.

The die flattens the rim on one side of the coin and the other side is normal, and it ends up with a 'railroad' edge.
