2007 P Dime Severe Machine Doubliing?

Found this dime and though I would share the images with the forum. There is a small bit of extra metal just above Roosevelt's eye. Don't know if it's a lamination or a die crack, but there does appear to be a lot of Machine Doubling on the lettering. 'In God We Trust' is almost unreadable.
