1944 Far Variety (Not Noted By ICCS)

I sent in a crack out from ANACS that graded higher at ICCS (very under graded at ANACS) but ICCS didn't note the "Far 4" variety on the holder. Just wondering if this is common practice? There are plenty of "far 4" and "near 4" ICCS noted coins on ebay, just wondering why mine wouldn't be commented.
1944-Far-Variety-Not-Noted-By-ICCS

I think that you have to pay extra to have varieties noted and include your wish on the submission.

You have to specify on the submission form which variety, etc you want on the card

What was the grade before and after, and did ANACS note the Far 4?

ANACS MS-62 to ICCS MS-64
ANACS did not noted the variety but it was a crackout
