Hey guys I need one help on this one. Is it a Close AM? Normally I can tell right from the start but this one got me second guessing because it's a rare date. Are my eyes being wishful. Please let me know. Thanks friends *** Moved by Staff to a more appropriate forum. ***

WAM. A full picture of the reverse would help.

Lools wide. In 1993 the Mint modified the Lincoln Memorial reverse design which differed from the prior reverse design for all Lincoln cents (circulation strike and proof strike) struck from 1989 through 1992 (LMRD-006). In 1993 the reverse side design of both business strikes and proof coins transitioned from the Wide AM as normally found on 1992 and prior cents to a Close AM design. However a few 1992 cents were produced with the newer Close AM design of 1993 instead. It should be called 1992 (Reverse of 1993). the Close AM/Wide AM 1992 have different FG initials also on the reverse. So you will notice the Wide AM (normal) 1992 (and a 1991 Lincoln reverse for example) if you look at it has the Wide AM image of the FG - it has a serif on the G. It is this extra metal that points back to the left and is also closer to the base of the monument and the F is closer to touching. If you look at the 1992 Close AM or 1993 it has the Close AM image FG which looks different and easy to tell apart once you know the difference in the two. Hope that helps if you look at the bottom photo, and why its asked to post a full image. Look at the serif on the G of FG

It's a WAM as already noted. The two reverse images you posted are not the same coin, unless you somehow removed all the obvious verdigris from the initial coin.
Take a look at my other hobby ... http://www.jk-dk.art

looks like 2 different coins. (there is a nick in the rim above the 'A' in the first image, but not the second)

Also you can post a close up of the FG initials on the reverse when its not clear from the full image. While you already have your answer, that is another area which helps identify the Wide AM. See my last image in my post above.
