At first it looked like Canadian cause of the dots on the back of it then it's got some kind of word on the front left side

Those are probably plating blisters from the copper metal separating from the zinc core on this Lincoln Cent, in other words, zinc rot beginning to set in, plus a tad bit of paridolia setting in...
