New 2000 D Lincoln Cent DDR?

There is no listing for a 2000 D DDR listed with doubling of this coin on VV, Wex or CC. Sure looks like upper letters of STATES are doubled. No shelf or enlargement of the letters. 20X mag the upper serif of the last S is split.

A quick look shows the only DDR's for 2000-D involve doubling on the Columns around Seated Lincoln.

I suspect under closer magnification there will be some slight split plating there. I believe this is a striking issue rather than a doubled die.
